EB Clinet Online Seminar: Basics in EB
On 26 March 2026 at 1:00 pm UTC the next EB Clinet Online Seminar, covering the topic 'Basics in EB', will take place.
This EB Clinet Online Seminar, led by the medical team of the Expertise Center of the EB House Austria, offers participants the opportunity to gain a basic knowledge of EB, relevant for nurses and doctors.
The experts will provide an introductory presentation on the genetic and diagnostic basics of EB. This will be followed by a presentation in which the outpatient unit shares their experiences in providing comprehensive care as well as recommendations for the basic care of newborns, and a demonstration of bandage preparations. Furthermore, the team will share experiences on how to educate parents, caregivers, and patients of all ages to ensure the best possible transition to home care.
