European Conference on Rare Diseases & Orphan Products (ECRD) 2026

The European Conference on Rare Diseases & Orphan Products (ECRD) 2026 will take place on 3–4 June in Prague and online, under the theme “Rare Diseases in a Changing & Competitive Europe.”

As Europe’s largest patient-led policy event in this field, it brings together patients, policymakers, clinicians, and industry stakeholders to address unmet needs. Organized by EURORDIS, the conference fosters collaboration to advance impactful policies and improve the lives of those affected by rare diseases. 

With over 800 expected participants across its hybrid format, ECRD 2026 offers a key platform for knowledge exchange and partnership-building. The event will also contribute to shaping a European Blueprint for Rare Diseases and support global efforts such as the WHO action plan.
